Linsa passed working test!
Linsa is first Stabyhoun who has passed Kaer-test (the special working
test of continental pointing dogs) in Finland. We participated the
test in junior class, that is for dogs under age of two years. In
junior class judge grade mostly dog’s talenty. In test, that is
hunting test, dog should try to find birds. The test was on field
areas where it was possible to find pheasants (Phasianus colchicus).
When dog find bird it should stop and stay by looking of the bird.
When owner can see that dog have found the bird owner ask dog to run
again. Then the bird start to fly and it is possible to shut down.
Linsa runned about one hour. In this time she found two birds. First
bird does’t flew so Linsa catched it. Second bird flew and Linsa
worked just right. Also tested how well Linsa can apport died bird.
Linsa passed test with good evaluation.
